Wellness Centre "Future Proof" is an attempt to reflect and act on the threat of a potential apocalypse.

Wellness Centre "Future Proof" aspires to add an extra but nevertheless essential dimension to the concept of "common sustainability" in our Anthropocene. At the core of this complex terminology lies a feeling of deep-seated doubt: if more than 15,000 scientists show that the point of no-return has already almost passed, isn’t it time to manage this threat based on the realization that the question of "whether (and how) the apocalypse will take place" doesn’t really matter any more?

Wellness Centre "Future Proof" is based on the idea that it is more constructive to look at the world as a place of trauma processing rather than of "prepping”. We are looking for places (these can also be mental / ideological / imaginary places) where the apocalypse has already occurred, and want to think about them as locations of a possible revival.
Within this quest (which may also be called a 'lifestyle'), the term 'Wellness' is used as a concept that, due to its double meaning (firstly as a holistic 'idea of ​​(physical / spiritual) redemption') and secondly as a stripped-down and commercial symbol for 'the good way of living (see also 'lifestyle')), forms an interesting way to think about the idea of sustainability from a non-anthropocentric perspective.
